Here at Donna’s Boutique we try our best to insure you receive your parcel as quickly as possible.

You should receive your parcel within 5 working days, please allow for weekends and bank holidays. Postcode restrictions may apply.

You should receive your parcel the next working day provided you have ordered before 3pm, Monday -Thursday. If you order on a Friday you must select the SATURDAY DELIVERY OPTION. Orders placed for next day delivery after 3pm Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and therefore you will not receive your order until Tuesday.

You will receive your parcel on a Saturday, Please only use this option after 3pm Thursday and up to 3pm Friday!

Free if you spend over £75. You should receive you parcel within 7 working days, however at busy times this may be longer. Should you need your parcel quicker please select a different delivery option.

For all you lucky customers who happen to be near Donna’s Boutique, we offer free collection. You can also make a return here. Once you place your order you will be notified when its ready to collect. Please bring ID and your invoice with you.

You will be issued with tracking information from your chosen service and can keep up to date with the status of your delivery by visiting the relevant site and entering the tracking information provided. Should you miss your delivery it will be returned to us. Additional postage charges may apply for re-deliveries.

Please note successful deliveries are heavily reliant on customers inputting their correct shipping address information. Donna’s Boutique cannot be held responsible for missing orders due to the submission of incorrect addresses.

Please double-check the address you are entering, and ensure the autofill feature on your browser does not input any incorrect details. If paying with PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Apple Pay, please ensure after log-in that the address matches the desired shipping address, as this can effect shipping.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

We do not deliver to BFPO and PO BOX addresses

All deliveries to the destinations outside the EU are subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of delivery in your country. You will be liable for applicable duties, fees and additional charges from customs. Donna’s Boutique will not be held responsible to cover these charges.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law;.

If you return any Products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect.

The price displayed for goods/services remains the same for all customers regardless of the country of delivery.
